What we Do

If you are feeling like friction is building in your workplace, there are important conversations or decisions that have not happened, communication is lacking, there is a disconnect, or you just need a fun, productive workshop for an upcoming staff event, we help you navigate it all. Our interviews lay the foundation for productive conversation and our fully customized workshops are effective and fun, leading to open and honest conversations, helping to boost morale, trust, and productivity. Our job is to help your organization navigate workplace conflict and facilitate challenging conversations through interviews and interactive workshops. Strong teams thrive on collaboration and trust and we’re here to help. Finally, a workshop that works.

The Process

Reach out

Contact us about conversations you would like to have in your workplace and what’s holding you back from having them.

Collaborate Openly

We come in and talk to individuals 1:1 so they feel heard.

Deliver with Confidence

We deliver a fully customized, interactive, engaging workshop for any length of time you would like. For a staff retreat, staff meeting, board meeting, or an average day, we are ready to work through what we have learned in our interviews all together. Our workshops inform but they also provide a more relaxed, engaging space to work through workplace challenges.

FOLLOW UP

After we deliver a workshop, we provide a comprehensive recommendation plan for organizational next steps, based on what we have learned during our time together. Afterwards, we want to see how things are going. We include a follow-up and can provide additional services as needed.
