Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide the conflict resolution services and training that will help individuals and organization navigate conflict with empathy, integrity and clear communication.
SEA Conflict Consulting started with the belief that a healthier workplace with happier employees benefits both employees and their company by increasing productivity, decreasing absenteeism, retaining better people, creating fewer distractions, and reducing long-term costs for the business. We believe every company should have their own conflict resolver on call, who is familiar with their operations and staff and can customize ongoing conflict resolution solutions, even when they cannot afford to hire one full-time.
We spend about one-third of our lives in the workplace and we it should be as healthy an environment as possible.
What We Do
Conflict resolution solutions are key to maintaining a healthy work environment, collaboration, and overall productivity. When conflicts arise, whether between employees, teams, or departments, they create barriers to communication, disrupt workflows, and lead to decreased morale. We aim to address these issues by identifying the root causes of disputes, facilitating open dialogue, and finding mutually agreeable solutions.
