About Us

Samantha Adler, Founder

Samantha is a conflict resolution expert with more than a decade of experience in training, consulting and mediation. She has mediated hundreds of cases and, using this experience, leads keynotes and workshops on an impressive array of topics in negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution and communication.

Throughout her career, Samantha saw a consistent pattern in various workplaces; everyone cared so deeply for the mission and their work that the workplace culture itself had deteriorated. This led to burnt-out and resentful employees, as well as employers faced with the costs of high turnover and internal conflicts.

Now, using her expertise in conflict resolution and training, Samantha strengthens and improves workplaces for the betterment of both employer, employee, and the mission itself. She started SEA Conflict Consulting so that she, and her conflict resolution colleagues, could use their expertise to help other workplaces navigate their workplace dynamics. Her clients have included nonprofit organizations, local bar associations, law firms, women's group, education groups, courts, political groups, and more. Her deep conflict resolution expertise and approaching style make her a natural fit for any organization that wants to negotiate better, resolve conflict, and realize its mission.

In her spare time, she runs another small business, Houseplant Concierge, helping plant parents like herself care for their plants. She is a dog mom, competitive billiards player and is learning figure skating and golf.

Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the conflict resolution services and training that will help individuals and organization navigate conflict with empathy, integrity and clear communication.

SEA Conflict Consulting started with the belief that a healthier workplace with happier employees benefits both employees and their company by increasing productivity, decreasing absenteeism, retaining better people, creating fewer distractions, and reducing long-term costs for the business. We believe every company should have their own conflict resolver on call, who is familiar with their operations and staff and can customize ongoing conflict resolution solutions, even when they cannot afford to hire one full-time.

We spend about one-third of our lives in the workplace and we it should be as healthy an environment as possible.

What We Do

Conflict resolution solutions are key to maintaining a healthy work environment, collaboration, and overall productivity. When conflicts arise, whether between employees, teams, or departments, they create barriers to communication, disrupt workflows, and lead to decreased morale. We aim to address these issues by identifying the root causes of disputes, facilitating open dialogue, and finding mutually agreeable solutions. This not only prevents conflicts from escalating but also fosters a culture of respect, trust, and cooperation.
